1. A federal judge ordered CVS Health subsidiary Omnicare to pay $948.8 million in damages and penalties for submitting fraudulent Medicare and Medicaid claims.
2 The Supreme Court gave President Donald Trump the green light to move forward with his Feb. 11 executive order, which aims to reorganize and reduce staff across the federal government.
