Cleveland Clinic has named Alice Kim, MD, as the top leader of Marymount Hospital in Garfield Heights, Ohio.
Dr. Kim will assume the role of vice president and chief medical officer on Sept. 15, according to a June 16 Cleveland Clinic news release. She most recently served as president and CEO of ID Care, an infectious disease group practice in New Jersey.
An infectious disease physician by training, Dr. Kim has served Cleveland Clinic for more than 20 years in various roles, including medical director, clinical leader for the construction and clinical operations of Mentor (Ohio) Hospital, and enterprise operational leader addressing COVID-19 and mpox outbreaks, the release said.
