Mercy Hospital of Buffalo in New York Wins State Approval for Radiology Expansion

Mercy Hospital of Buffalo (N.Y.) has received state approval to expand its radiology department, according to a Buffalo Business First report.

Mercy Hospital plans to spend nearly $2 million to replace an existing plane C-arm X-ray unit and do some construction to consolidate all radiology services into one location. This upgrade follows a $12 million imaging project last year, which involved new equipment and expanded interventional radiology facilities.
