The survey, conducted in September, also found that 13 percent of respondents’ organizations have actually received funding, with most organizations receiving funds from their states’ Medicaid programs. Furthermore, 68 percent of respondents expect to qualify for stimulus funding for Stage 1 of the program by federal fiscal year 2012, up from 58 percent in CHIME’s March 2011 survey.
