Morrison Management Specialists is the company taking control of the hospital’s food services. According to the report, it has offered jobs to a majority of the hospital’s workers, and the hospital’s contract with Morrison will not involve pay cuts for rehired workers.

Management at Danbury Hospital estimates it will save roughly $1 million per year by outsourcing its food services.
