The three-story, 6,500-square-foot space was built in 1835 and moved from its original location to its current address in 1905, the report states. The mansion was renovated in 1987 to house seven offices, five restrooms, eight fireplaces, a full kitchen and an apartment with a full bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette.
The 2.5-acre property also includes a detached gatehouse and 35 parking spots.
The mansion is one of several properties that will go on sale, as UPMC Pinnacle Memorial plans to construct a new hospital nearby. Officials expect to complete construction on the facility in summer 2019.
