Mr. Kiani founded Masimo Corp., a global medical technology innovator, in 1989 to improve the accuracy of noninvasive patient monitoring. The company now employs more than 3,000 people around the world and has continuously introduced new, noninvasive patient monitoring technologies to the medical community.
