Lisa M. Radtke. Chief Administrative Officer of Winneshiek Medical Center (Decorah, Iowa). Ms. Radtke became CAO of Winneshiek Medical Center in October 2014 after taking on the role in an interim capacity in May 2014. A licensed social worker, Ms. Radtke has been with Mayo Clinic Health System for more than 30 years. During that time, she served 17 years as a behavioral health counselor and director and 17 years in human resources and organizational learning and development. Ms. Radtke holds a master’s degree in community health.
