Ronald Paulus, MD. President and CEO of Mission Health (Asheville, N.C.). Dr. Paulus began leading Mission Health System as president and CEO in 2010. He joined Mission Health from Danville, Pa.-based Geisinger Health System, where he served as executive vice president of clinical operations and chief innovation officer for the $1.3 billion clinical enterprise, which included three hospitals and more than 40 ambulatory care facilities. Dr. Paulus also co-founded and served as president and CEO of CareScience Inc., a data analytics and clinical solutions provider acquired by Charlotte, N.C.-based Premier in 2007.
