Matt Ives. CEO and CFO of Keokuk County Health Center (Sigourney, Iowa). Mr. Ives was appointed to his dual role as CEO and CFO of Keokuk County Health Center in 2012 after previously serving as the 25-bed critical access hospital’s CFO and CIO for eight years. In 2003, Mr. Ives completed certification with Iowa’s Healthcare Financial Management Association, becoming a fellow in 2005. This CEO’s career in healthcare finance began in 2000 with U.S. Navy Healthcare, where Mr. Ives served as a comptroller at Great Lakes (Ill.) Naval Hospital Corps School for three years.
