David Zechman. President and CEO of McLaren Northern Michigan (Petoskey). Mr. Zechman, who joined McLaren Northern Michigan as president and CEO in 2013, has 33 years of experience in healthcare leadership, combining his expertise in health system executive management with his passion for quality and service excellence. He has a thorough understanding of the healthcare delivery challenges that face hospitals in rural environments, having previously served as president and CEO of West Plains, Mo.-based Ozarks Medical Center for six years and president and CEO of Belle Glade, Fla.-based Lakeside Medical Center for one year. Mr. Zechman is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and served as president of the Missouri Hospital Association’s Southwest district in 2011.
