Clint Matthews. President and CEO of Tower Health (Reading, Pa.). As the leader of Tower Health, Mr. Matthews oversees a health system that serves 2.5 million residents of Berks County and the greater Philadelphia area. He initially joined Reading (Pa.) Health System in 2010, managing the system until Tower Health was formed in 2017 with the acquisition of five hospitals. This expanded the system to six total hospitals consisting of 2,000 physicians and providers across 65 total clinical locations. To recognize his career accomplishments, the Reading Eagle named Mr. Matthews its Business Newsmaker of the Year in 2016.
