Bernard Wheatley. CEO of Schneider Regional Medical Center (St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands). In the CEO position since April 2013, Dr. Wheatley oversees Schneider Regional Medical Center as well as The Roy Lester Schneider Hospital, The Charlotte Kimelman Cancer Institute and the Myrah Keating Smith Community Health Center. Under his tenure, Schneider Regional Medical Center decreased operating costs, boosted revenue and enhanced efficiency. Dr. Wheatley previously served as vice president of operations at Athens (Ga.) Regional Medical Center.
