Steve Roussel. CFO and Chief Compliance Officer of Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-McKinney (Texas). Mr. Roussel assumed his role as CFO of BSWMC-McKinney in spring 2011. He is responsible for financial planning, budgeting and coordinating nursing and ancillary services to enable the delivery of safe, quality and compassionate care. Mr. Roussel earned a bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting from Abilene (Texas) Christian University and an MBA from the University of Dallas.
