Mr. McGuire joined the St. John Providence Health System, a $2 billion health system and the largest single component of St. Louis-based Ascension Health, in 1986. He has been a certified public accountant in Michigan since 1984. Mr. McGuire earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
