Mr. Watson joined University of Chicago Medicine, a $1.3 billion academic medical center, in 2011 as CFO. He previously served as CFO of the University of Oklahoma Medical Center in Oklahoma City, where he spent about 13 years. Mr. Watson earned his MBA from Southern Methodist University after earning a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Iowa.
