Susan Davila. CEO of Desert View Hospital (Pahrump, Nev.). Ms. Davila spent three years at the helm of Desert View Hospital from 2007 to 2010 before returning to the CEO post in 2016. In the interim, she spent time as CEO of Carson Valley Medical Center in Gardnerville, Nev., overseeing the organization’s hospital and seven clinics. Throughout her career, Ms. Davila has dedicated her time and energy to improving healthcare delivery and female leadership. She is a former president of the National Hospital Association and has held multiple board positions with the American Hospital Association.
