Leslie Davis. Senior Vice President of UPMC and Executive Vice President and COO of UPMC’s Health Services Division (Pittsburgh). Ms. Davis oversees more than 30 hospitals and 4,000 employed physicians as senior vice president of UPMC and executive vice president and COO of the system’s Health Services Division. She is also responsible for 23 senior community facilities, pre- and post-acute services and clinical specialty service lines. Prior to joining UPMC, Ms. Davis served as president of Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia and spent 13 years in various leadership roles with Philadelphia-based Thomas Jefferson University. Ms. Davis has an expansive career in healthcare that includes time as COO of Presbyterian Medical Center of Philadelphia and chief marketing and planning officer of University of Pennsylvania Health System.
