Ruby Gill, BSN, RN. Chief Nurse Executive of Kaiser Permanente’s Irvine (Calif.) Medical Center. Ms. Gill has served as chief nurse executive of Irvine Medical Center since 2012. During her tenure, the medical center has received numerous program certifications and designations, and her work has led to a reduction in patient falls and fewer hospital-acquired pressure ulcers. In 2014, she received a Performance Excellence Award from the Collaborative Alliance for Nursing Outcomes.
