Ms. Gregory currently serves as CEO of the Saint Francis Healthcare Memphis Market, part of Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare. She is president and CEO of Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis and oversees operations at Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett, also in Memphis. Ms. Gregory oversees 1,400-plus employees generating more than $407 million in revenue. Her previous roles within Tenet include serving as chief nursing officer at Delray Medical Center in Delray Beach, Fla., and CEO at Placentia-Linda Hospital in Placentia, Calif. During Ms. Gregory’s time leading Placentia-Linda, the hospital earned two Tenet Circle of Excellence Awards.
