Robin Norman. Senior Vice President and CFO of Virginia Hospital Center (Arlington). Ms. Norman has served Virginia Hospital Center in a financial capacity since 1979, rising in the ranks to become senior vice president and CFO. During her time as CFO, she oversaw the transition from a negative 4.2 percent operating margin to 7.2 percent operating margin and led the hospital’s efforts to earn “A+” bond ratings. In 2014, the Washington Business Journal named Ms. Norman a CFO of the Year, noting her performance and leadership skills. In addition to heading Virginia Hospital Center’s financial department, Ms. Norman is a board member and vice chairman of Phoenix Houses of the Mid-Atlantic, a provider of addiction services, and serves as executive-in-residence for the masters of healthcare management program at Arlington-based Marymount University.
