Nancy Gaden, RN, DNP. Senior Vice President and CNO of Boston Medical Center.  Ms. Gaden is senior vice president and chief nursing officer of Boston Medical Center, a 487-bed academic medical center that includes 1,486 nurses. Ms. Gaden came to the medical center in 2014, prior to which she worked at Hallmark Health System in Medford, Mass. While at Hallmark, she served as system vice president of patient care services and CNO. She also has previous experience serving in senior patient care services and CNO roles at several organizations, including at South Weymouth, Mass.-based South Shore Hospital.
