Kris Gaw. COO of Maricopa Integrated Health System (Phoenix). Since 2016, Ms. Gaw has served as COO of Maricopa Integrated Health System, which includes a medical center, children’s center, burn center, trauma center, two behavioral health centers and a network of 13 neighborhood clinics. She previously served as executive vice president and chief administrative officer of hospital operations at Parkland Hospital and Health System in Dallas. She also has experience as COO of Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno, Nev. She is a certified rapid process improvement workshop leader, and Phoenix Business Journal named her to their 2017 Outstanding Women in Business list.
