Karen Price-Gharzeddine, RN. CEO of San Gabriel (Calif.) Valley Medical Center. Ms. Price-Gharzeddine became the first female CEO of the 273-bed San Gabriel Valley Medical Center in 2015. She began her career at the hospital in 1997 and quickly rose to the position of senior vice president of patient care services and CNO. After holding leadership positions in other area hospitals, she returned to San Gabriel Valley Medical Center in 2010 as COO and chief nursing officer. Ms. Price-Gharzeddine joined the Association of California Nurse Leaders executive board in 2012 and was elected ACNL president for the yearlong 2013-14 term.
