Beth Walker. COO of Ochsner Medical Center-Jefferson Highway (New Orleans). Ms. Walker joined Ochsner Health System in 2002 as an administrative fellow, but now serves as COO of the system’s flagship hospital, Ochsner Medical Center, a facility with more than 600 beds, 650 physicians and 5,200 employees. Ms. Walker is responsible for overseeing physician group practice and ambulatory clinics, as well as collaborating with administrative and physician leaders to create and execute clinical and operational strategies. She is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves of the board of directors for the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce as well as the World Trade Center of New Orleans.
