Nancy Gaden, RN, DNP. Senior Vice President and CNO of Boston Medical Center. Ms. Gaden joined Boston Medical Center in early 2014. Previously, she served as system vice president of patient care services and CNO of Boston-based Hallmark Health System. Under her leadership, Hallmark Health received Magnet designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Before joining Hallmark, Ms. Gaden served in senior patient care services and CNO roles at Caritas St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Cambridge, Mass.; South Shore Hospital in Weymouth, Mass.; and Milton (Mass.) Hospital. She earned a master’s of science degree from Boston College and a doctorate in nursing practice degree from Regis College.
