Kris Gaw. COO of Maricopa Integrated Health System (Phoenix). Ms. Gaw was appointed COO of MIHS in March 2016. Most recently, she served as executive vice president and chief administrative officer of hospital operations for Parkland Hospital and Health System in Dallas. From 2008 to 2014, Ms. Gaw was COO of 808-bed Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno, Nev. She also spent time as vice president of human resources at Renown Health, a 6,000-employee health system based in Reno. From 1995 to 2001, Ms. Gaw was director of customer service for Hometown Health, Renown’s insurance division.
