Larry R. Kaiser, MD. President and CEO of Temple University Health System (Philadelphia). In addition to the leading Temple University Health System, Dr. Kaiser is also the dean of Temple University of School of Medicine and senior executive vice president for health affairs of Temple University. A thoracic surgeon, Dr. Kaiser has been a director of the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Thoracic Surgery, and he was elected to the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences in 2004. Prior to joining Temple, Dr. Kaiser was president of the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston.
