Elliot Joseph. President and CEO of Hartford (Conn.) Healthcare. As president and CEO of Hartford HealthCare, Mr. Joseph oversees a system with more than 18,000 staff members and roughly $2.4 billion in net revenue. A fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, he was previously president and CEO of St. John Health in Warren, Mich. He earned a master’s degree in health services administration from University of Michigan and also graduated from the Wharton CEO Program for Healthcare Leadership.
