David P. Tilton. President and CEO of AtlantiCare (Egg Harbor Township, N.J.). Mr. Tilton, who started his career with the system at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in 1987, was named CEO in 2007. He also served on AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center’s board of governors from 1995 to 2003. Under his tenure, the system received the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award in 2009. Mr. Tilton is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and received the Business Leader of the Year Award from the Greater Atlantic City Chamber in March. He earned an MBA from Rutgers University in Camden, N.J.
