Scott Joslyn. Senior Vice President and CIO of MemorialCare Health System (Fountain Valley, Calif.). Mr. Joslyn was responsible for a $100 million enterprisewide rollout of MemorialCare’s EHR, registration and billing systems. He currently oversees MemorialCare’s innovation efforts, including the application of IT to improve productivity and clinical quality while reducing cost. Mr. Joslyn sits on the boards of two local health information exchanges and is the co-founder and chairperson of the southern California CIO information-sharing group CHIEF.
