Bruce Murphy, MD, PharmD. CEO of Arkansas Heart Hospital (Little Rock). Dr. Murphy has led Arkansas Heart Hospital as president and CEO since 2011. He helped found the specialty hospital in 1995, along with other physician owners, and MedCath Corp. Dr. Murphy previously served as medical director of Arkansas Heart Hospital and president of Little Rock (Ark.) Cardiology Clinic, where he operated a private practice. An interventional cardiologist by training, Dr. Murphy has contributed to several medical publications, with his most recent interests focused on coronary and peripheral revascularization techniques.
