Kenneth N. Sable, MD. President of Jersey Shore University Medical Center (Neptune, N.J.). In January 2015, Dr. Sable returned to the hospital where he did rotations as a medical student — Jersey Shore University Medical Center. But this time, he came in as president of the 643-bed independent academic medical center, as well as the K. Hovnanian Children’s Hospital, both of which are part of Neptune, N.J.-based Meridian Health. Dr. Sable has also served as executive vice president and COO of New Brunswick, N.J.-based Saint Peter’s Healthcare System and vice chairman for operations in the emergency department at Brooklyn, N.Y.-based Maimonides Medical Center.
