Amy Beiter, MD. President and CEO of Carondelet St. Mary’s Hospital (Tucson, Ariz.). Dr. Beiter joined Carondelet St. Mary’s staff in 1992, working as a clinician and medical director for utilization management as well as CMO before becoming president and CEO in 2012. Dr. Beiter is board-certified in internal medicine and pediatrics and serves as the president of the Carondelet Heart & Vascular Institute. She is a member of the Society of Hospital Medicine and the American College of Physician Executives and a fellow of the American College of Physicians. She sits on the board of the Employers Health Alliance of Arizona and the Pima County Access Program.
