Integra Community Care Network (Providence, R.I.). Integra Community Care Network covers more than 120,000 lives and 19,000 Medicare beneficiaries through the Medicare Shared Savings Program. In 2017, CMS selected Integra Community Care Network to participate in the Next Generation ACO Model. For the 2015 reporting year, the ACO realized nearly $4 million in savings on total healthcare spending of more than $152 million.
