Vivian S. Lee, MD, PhD. CEO of University of Utah Health Care (Salt Lake City). As CEO of University of Utah Health Care, senior vice president for health sciences at the University of Utah and dean of the university’s School of Medicine, Dr. Lee oversees an annual budget of $3.3 billion, four hospitals, 10 health centers, over 1,300 physicians and five colleges. Under her leadership, the university launched a new School of Dentistry, the Utah Genome Project and the Center for Medical Innovation. She is a board-certified radiologist, has authored over 150 peer-reviewed papers and is a member of the American Society for Clinical Investigation.
