Paul G. Ramsey, MD. CEO of UW Medical Center (Seattle). Dr. Ramsey has served as senior executive leader of UW Medicine since 1997, and has been with UW since 1978. Before his appointment to CEO of UW Medicine, executive vice president for medical affairs and dean of the School of Medicine at the University of Washington, he served as chair of UW’s department of medicine. Dr. Ramsey has received the John P. Hubbard Award from the National Board of Medical Examiners and is an elected member of the Association of American Physicians and the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Medicine.
