Kenneth N. Sable, MD. President of Jersey Shore University Medical Center (Neptune). In January, Dr. Sable was appointed president of Jersey Shore University Medical Center, a 643-bed independent academic medical center, and the K. Hovnanian Children’s Hospital, both part of Meridian Health. He most recently served as executive vice president and COO of Saint Peter’s Healthcare System in New Brunswick, N.J. Before Saint Peter’s, Dr. Sable was vice chairman for operations in the emergency department at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. He is board certified in emergency medicine.
