Gary Gottlieb, MD. CEO of Partners HealthCare (Boston). Dr. Gottlieb began serving as president and CEO of Partners Healthcare in January 2010. He previously served as president of Boston-based Brigham and Women’s/Faulkner Hospitals, was a professor of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School in Boston, was first chairman of Partners Psychiatry and served as president of the North Shore Medical Center in Miami. Dr. Gottlieb attended the University of Philadelphia in 1983 as a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Clinical Scholar, where he helped establish Penn Medical Center’s first geriatric psychiatry program. He is past president of the American Association of Geriatric Psychiatry and has published extensively on healthcare policy.
