McLaren Greater Lansing (Mich.). McLaren Greater Lansing’s McLaren Orthopedic Hospital was established in 2004 and includes 52 inpatient beds. The hospital’s orthopedic physicians perform more than 10,000 inpatient and outpatient procedures each year in addition to providing nonoperative intervention to numerous patients from the greater Lansing community. Beyond providing quality orthopedic care, McLaren Orthopedic Hospital physicians participate in clinical studies, and the hospital is a site for the Osteopathic National Center for Orthopedic Research, an alliance between the hospital and East Lansing-based Michigan State University to bridge the gap between orthopedic research, education and surgical practice.
