Baptist Hospital of Miami (Fla.). Baptist Hospital of Miami is home to the Baptist Health Neuroscience Center. The center's staff, which include neurologists, neurosurgeons and neuroradiologists, as well as specialty-trained nurses and clinical professionals, have one philosophy: "to provide the most effective care in the least invasive manner." Baptist Hospital of Miami was ranked No. 50 in the nation for neurological surgery in CareChex's most recent rankings. Additionally, the hospital received Healthgrades' Cranial Neurosurgery Excellence Award in 2016 and the Stroke Care Excellence Award in 2015 and 2016. The American Nurses Credentialing Center designated the hospital as a Magnet facility for nursing excellence.
