Robert Probe, MD. Executive Vice President and CMO of Baylor Scott & White Health (Dallas). Dr. Probe, an orthopedic trauma surgeon, serves as CMO of Baylor Scott & White Health. He has more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience. Prior to taking on his current CMO role, he was chairman of the board of directors and chief of staff for Scott & White Clinic, a Baylor Scott & White group practice in College Station, Texas. Dr. Probe earned his medical degree at Texas A&M University Health Science Center in Bryan, Texas.
