Patrick Courneya, MD. Executive Vice President of Hospitals, Quality and Care Delivery Excellence and CMO of Kaiser Foundation Hospitals and Health Plan (Oakland, Calif.). Dr. Courneya joined the Kaiser Foundation in 2014 after serving as medical director for HealthPartners Health Plan in Bloomington, Minn., for nearly 10 years. Dr. Courneya was the former chair of the America’s Health Insurance Plans’ Chief Medical Officer Leadership Council. He earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
