Norman Rizk, MD. CMO of Stanford (Calif.) Health Care. Dr. Rizk has served as CMO of Stanford Health Care since 2011. He is also senior associate dean for clinical affairs at Stanford University School of Medicine and medical director of intensive care units at Stanford University Medical Center. He is board certified in critical care medicine, internal medicine and pulmonary disease. Dr. Rizk earned his medical degree at Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Conn.
