Craig D. Rhyne, MD. Regional CMO of Covenant Health (Lubbock, Texas). Dr. Rhyne began his practice in Lubbock in 1991 and became regional CMO of Covenant Health in 2011. His previous leadership experience includes serving as Covenant Health System’s chair of the trauma peer review committee and chair of the transfer committee. Dr. Rhyne earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas.
