Jonathan E. Gottlieb, MD. Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Executive of IU Health (Indianapolis). Dr. Gottlieb served as CMO of the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore and CMO of Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis before taking on the executive vice president and chief medical executive role at IU Health in October 2014. He is responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of clinical research and educational activities throughout the health system. Dr. Gottlieb earned his medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in Farmington.
