Madison, Wis., is the best U.S. city for an active lifestyle, according to an analysis from WalletHub.

To identify the best and worst cities for an active lifestyle, WalletHub analysts compared the 100 most populated U.S. cities based on 30 key indicators of an active lifestyle, such as average monthly fitness club fee, running trails per capita and bike score.

Of the 100 cities analyzed, here are the 10 best cities for an active lifestyle.

1. Madison, Wis.

2. Boise, Idaho

3. Scottsdale, Ariz.

4. Portland, Ore.

5. Orlando, Fla.

6. Minneapolis

7. Pittsburgh

8. Atlanta
