At the end of January, Mr. Studer disclosed plans to officially step down from the healthcare consulting company March 31.
The workshop, presented by the Studer Community Institute and WSRE, will take place Tuesday, March 1 at WSRE-Amos Studio in Pensacola.
Attendees will hear insight on ways to better handle change in their own role, as well as guiding others to do the same. The course is focused on increasing the understanding of the various aspects of organizational change and oneffective strategies to insert a sense of urgency, lead through the process and minimize resistance.
