OptimizeRx Corp. partnered with healthcare software developer Glenwood Systems to launch an automated financial messaging system to reduce prescription drug costs.
OptimizeRx aggregates pharmaceutical-sponsored services in EHR platforms. The companies will integrate OptimizeRx's services into Glenwood's EHR to alert providers of potential lower prescription drugs and other patient support information.
"OptimizeRx integration with our EHR allows valuable financial support and education to be delivered right at the point of prescribe for physicians using our platform," said Ron Flormann, CCO of Glenwood Systems.
