IBM unveils data science platform on IBM Cognitive Systems

IBM now offers Anaconda, an open data science platform developed by Continuum Analytics, on its cognitive computing and deep learning platforms.

Anaconda, which has 16 million downloads to date, supports developers and data scientists working on cognitive solutions. The Anaconda platform identifies patterns and insights from large-scale data, using information processing and predictive analytics capabilities.

By bringing Anaconda onto IBM Cognitive Systems and IBM PowerAI, IBM aims to help developers and data scientists build and deploy scalable applications that process large-scale data sets.
